Det. 516, Office of Special Investigations identifies, exploits and neutralizes criminal, terrorist and intelligence threats to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Government throughout Portugal, Madeira, and the Azorean archipelago.

See your Unit Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) for current threat/force protection levels/conditions. Threat briefings provided from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays. Call for an appointment. Bring proof of completed ID card, LV-1 AT Training, and JPASS Printout (see your ATO or unit security manager).
